About me

I am Professor of Social Psychology and Organizational Behavior at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

With a background in social and organizational psychology, I conduct both fundamental and applied research on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership, team dynamics, and social judgment.
My work examines how individuals and teams function within organizations, with particular attention to the psychological processes that shape these behaviors.

A core principle of my research is close collaboration with organizations and practitioners. My goal is not only to generate new insights and knowledge but also to ensure that they are meaningful and applicable to society.
Conversely, organizational challenges and dialogue with leaders enrich my research and serve as a source of inspiration. I greatly value editorial work and currently serve as Associate Editor for the International Review of Social Psychology and InMind. In addition, I am co-director of the book series Psychologies et société at Éditions de l’Université de Bruxelles.

I enjoy teaching and mentoring students and professionals. I teach in regular and advanced Master’s programs as well as in the Executive MBA, and I deliver keynote speeches and seminars for organizations on topics such as DEI, leadership, team dynamics, and decision-making. In addition, I serve as the academic co-director of the inter-university certificate ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Organizations: From Barrier to Impact’.
